Hysen Sherifi met with his brother and Elshiekh repeatedly in recent weeks in jail in New Hanover County, where he is detained, and ordered that three witnesses who testified at his trial killed last fall, according to a federal court document. He demanded that the witnesses should be beheaded and that the photos will be taken from their dead bodies to prove that they were killed, the court document states. He also wanted a cellmate that he thought he was wearing a little money, to be killed. Authorities said Shkumbin Sherifi Elshiekh given and kill someone at 00 to one person. Elshiekh, 46, plans to high-powered lawyer Charles Swift do in order to represent it in this case.
